Your role as Jr. Business Developer

In this exciting new role, you leverage your expertise to connect with prospective customers unfamiliar with Villari. Setting up meetings with potential clients is the end goal. Your focus is to enhance awareness of our cutting-edge technology and services, resulting in a substantial increase in engaged customers and successful customer meetings. You pinpoint the most effective sales channels and cultivate partnerships with installation companies, creating outbound leads for sustained growth.

Regular activities

  1. Market Analysis: Assesses the market to pinpoint our clients and ensure a deep understanding of market needs to guide the direction of outbound initiatives.

  2. Proactive Identification and contacting of Prospective Clients: Crafts detailed profiles of ideal customers and contacting them with personalized messages.

  3. Setting up Sales Channels and Identification: Brings skills in setting up and identifying effective sales channels to expand our market.

  4. Develop sales channels: Sets up and A/B test outbound channels like cold calling, strategic email campaigns, content marketing, networking events, social media, industry conferences and identifying industry hangouts.

  5. Email Templates: Crafts effective email templates for outbound sales communication and email strategies.

  6. Brand Awareness: Finds ways to increase brand visibility for our ideal customers and in our industries.

  7. Analyses outbound sales regularly: measures results in detail, to repeat and expand what works well to increase engaged potential clients and successful client meetings.

  8. Partnership Building: Finds collaborations with partners and distributors, with a specific focus on installation companies.

  9. Outbound Marketing: Initiates outbound marketing initiatives to foster sustainable growth via campaigns.

We ask

  • Various educational backgrounds could be relevant: for instance, HBO Engineering and Management, HBO communications, HBO Marketing and Digital Media, or higher education in Sales and Account Management, or the equivalent

  • A passion for technology and an entrepreneurial growth mindset

  • Some relevant work experience (this can be a previous role or internships)

  • A clear motivation to develop further

  • Strong communication skills in English, and ideally in German as well
