Your role as Jr. Field Engineer
In this new role, you will become great at installing the Villari technology, working directly with our customers and building lasting partnerships, you will mix it up with project management teams and responsible client partners. You're not just nailing installations, but also enjoy planning them and following up with customers. You will ensure clients feel the best Villari experience possible. You will have the opportunity to grow with our business as we expand across new client projects and sites.

The working environment, what will you do?

Installing the Villari technology: Will learn to independently install Villari Technology on assets like cranes and bridges. Putting in the technology isn't too challenging for an engineer, but it demands someone who is genuinely handy and self-assured with their hands.

Able to work in ‘funky places’: Embraces unique and unconventional workspaces, including controlled working at heights and confined spaces, to ensure installations in diverse locations.

Safety Commitment: Prioritizes and ensures safety throughout the installation process, maintaining a secure working environment.

Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients, representing the Villari brand positively, and ensuring effective communication during all installation phases.

Client Relationship Ownership: Take ownership of client relationships, addressing needs promptly, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the installation process. Makes the clients feel special, build the relationship and be the trusted first point of contact.

Planning and Flexibility: Exhibit excellent planning skills while remaining flexible to accommodate client requirements and changes, occasionally working at odd hours which are adequately compensated.

Client-Centric Focus: Place a strong emphasis on client satisfaction, responding promptly to client needs, and delivering top-notch service to ensure successful projects.

About you: (Experience and Qualifications)

At minimum: technical HBO degree “HBO Maintenance, HBO Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or the equivalent”.

Relevant work experience will be a specific edge.

A clear motivation to develop your skills and experience.

Strong communication, Fluent Language skills in Dutch and English, ideally also in German (This would be a bonus)
