Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Business Developer who will run a global business with a groundbreaking innovative product in an industry segment that has not seen much innovation in the past decades.
You will develop and execute a business plan, that is in line with Villari's product-market fit proposition, to achieve revenue targets and facilitate the growth of our business. You will focus on strategic partnering with engineering companies that resell our product to their clients. In your day to day, you will generate new leads and build out relationships internationally.
The ideal candidate has an MSc degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related field, has a proven track record in a commercial or business development-related position, and is now looking for a role where he or she can combine these two disciplines. Someone who can answer complex product and industry-related questions from smart engineers, to sell our product and to achieve the growth of Villari. In this role, you have the unique chance to hit the ground running, grow a large partner portfolio, and be part of the rapid growth and valuation of the company.
Furthermore, you incorporate the customer’s perspective and wishes, and will collaborate closely with our internal stakeholders in the operations and tech department, to ensure further product development and successful delivery of sensor systems to our partners and their customers.
What will you bring?

Technical MSc degree in Engineering, Physics, or a similar field of study.

5+ years of experience in a commercial role.

Proven track record of closing new deals with new and existing clients and ability to reach targets on a year-to-year basis.

Strong analytical skills and a natural ability to persuade & build relations.

Excellent communication in English (Dutch, German, Spanish, or French is a plus).

Ability to build and maintain relationships with different stakeholders.

Ideally, you have experience in selling through strategic partnerships
